RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and promote the properties.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience - Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales targets
Skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills
Computer Literacy - Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office and CRM systems
Qualification - Intermediate/O & A Level/Bachelor
Language - English (Excellent)
WORKING HOURS
Night Shift - 8 PM to 5 AM
Location - Karachi, Pakistan
